Project Manager / Product Owner h/f (75)

We are hiring for our client, a leading player in the events industry in a rapidly changing market, the group drives its growth through the operation of regional leisure parks on a national level.

Their core mission is to offer clients of all ages a unique and educational experience based on strong values: visitor satisfaction, customer experience, product culture, close management, and eco-responsibility.

Reporting to the IT Manager and as part of a close-knit team of four, you will be responsible for managing the business tools projects (e.g., ticketing, e-commerce, etc.) in a functional approach, as well as overseeing the administration of these tools to facilitate park operations and maximize revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Project Management

  • Lead consultations, calls for tenders, project schedules, and budgets, and negotiate contracts with partners.
  • Assess the needs of the parks and the group to translate them into project specifications and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Implement methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure project tracking.
  • Oversee change management with teams, supervise training, and support users based on needs and innovations.
  • Coordinate the development of solutions, ensuring full project delivery from request to production.

Strategy and Product Ownership: Identify, gather, and prioritize business needs to align the ticketing solution with sales and customer experience objectives. As the Product Owner, you will define the roadmap and oversee the developments of the Connect&Go solution.

Multi-entity management and coordination: Collaborate with various teams for smooth communication and consideration of end-user expectations, while ensuring regular on-site visits to parks (30% of the time).

Technical interface: Ensure technical oversight of the solution in partnership with the Connect&Go teams, and anticipate improvement needs for an optimal user experience.

Administration of Solutions and Partner Management

  • Manage contractual follow-ups and strategic relationship management with each partner.
  • Establish standards for the usage and configuration of solutions, supervise their implementation, and ensure proper application in collaboration with a network of administrators at the parks.
  • Maintain smooth communication between the parks, the group, and partners to develop solutions in line with our needs.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of solutions based on operational requirements.

Profile:

With a higher education degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management environment. You are adept at navigating the different structures within a group and/or subsidiaries, with an affinity for the various functions within a company, ideally with a solid knowledge of ticketing and/or online sales tools.

You are meticulous, organized, and demonstrate leadership to bring teams together in an international environment.

You are naturally comfortable communicating, explaining technical concepts, and capable of managing priorities while meeting deadlines.

You are fluent in both English and French (a third language would be an asset).
